We are a participating provider for most insurance carriers, whether HMO, PPO, POS, IPAS, Workers' Compensation, government or private. Call us at (626) 446-0080 to verify acceptance of your insurance coverage. See also the list at the end of this section.

We verify insurance coverage and make sure any pre-authorizations are obtained, if required.

We will bill your primary and secondary insurance carriers and send you monthly billings so that you know the status of the payments and what your co-pay will be, if any.

Medicare patients who have Medigap secondary coverage and who have met their deductibles will not have any co-pays for Medicare covered services.

The following is a list of insurance companies with whom we are contracted. We also accept Blue Cross Managed Medi-Cal. This list includes PPO, POS, IPA and Workers' Compensation contracts and we are adding to this list frequently when new contracts are finalized. If you don't see your insurance coverage, please call our office to check, because many insurance companies have merged recently or have alliances with other "umbrella" type groups with whom we are contracted.
